Defense Specification Analysis Platform

A new way to read
defense specifications

KDS, MIL-STD, NATO STANAG — hundreds of unstructured technical document types, HWP included, parsed in full. Military and public documents that cannot leave the network are analyzed by an sLLM-RAG running air-gapped, extracting specification clauses precisely and turning 2–4 weeks of work into tens of minutes.

The complexity of the specifications
A single weapon system is governed by 50 to 300 specifications. Their cross-references are not organized anywhere, so when one is revised the blast radius has to be traced by hand.
The constraints of a secure environment
Defense documents cannot be uploaded to the cloud. That structurally rules out any service built on a commercial LLM API, and makes standalone operation on a closed network a requirement.
HWP as
a barrier to entry
More than 90% of Korean military documents are in HWP format. That is the structural reason foreign solutions struggle to enter the Korean defense market.

Five core capabilities

CapabilityWhat it doesEffect
Gap AnalysisCompares an old and a new revision automatically, classifying changes into eight types — value changes, condition changes, new clauses, reference changes and more — and grading each by risk2–4 weeks → tens of minutes
RTM generated automaticallyExtracts obligation language such as shall and must, tags each requirement with an ID, a type and a verification method, and exports to Excel or JSONmanual → automatic
Compliance AuditMatches the delivery document against the required specification automatically, flagging missing clauses and mismatches by riskreview → traceability
Conflict DetectionDetects requirements that contradict each other and presents the cause of the conflict along with the clauses involvedconflicts → caught early
Impact AnalysisTraces which documents, parts, requirements and test items a specification revision affectsmanual work → impact analysis
