Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these terms is to set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between Syndasis (the "Company") and users, and other necessary matters, in connection with use of the services the Company provides.

Article 2 (Definitions)

① "Service" means the AI agent platform and related services provided by the Company.

② "User" means a person who receives the services provided by the Company under these terms.

③ "Member" means a person who has registered by providing personal information to the Company, who receives information from the Company on an ongoing basis and may continue to use the services the Company provides.

Article 3 (Posting and amendment of these terms)

① The Company posts these terms on the initial screen of the service so that users can readily find them.

② The Company may amend these terms where necessary, within the limits of applicable law.

③ Where the Company amends these terms, it will state the effective date and the reason for the amendment and give notice on the initial screen of the service, alongside the current terms, from seven days before the effective date until the day before it.

Article 4 (Provision and modification of the service)

① The Company provides the following services.

• AI agent platform services
• Insurance and credit risk management solutions
• Document and data analysis, and reporting automation services
• Any other service the Company develops or provides to users through partnership agreements or otherwise

② The Company may change the content of the service and the date on which it is provided, and will give notice in advance of any such change.

Article 5 (Suspension of the service)

① The Company may temporarily suspend the service where maintenance, replacement or failure of computing or telecommunications equipment, an interruption of communications, or a similar cause arises.

② The Company is liable to compensate a user or a third party for loss suffered because the service was temporarily suspended for a reason under paragraph ①. This does not apply where the Company proves that it acted without intent or negligence.

Article 6 (Obligations of the user)

① A user must not do any of the following.

• Registering false information when applying or making changes
• Misappropriating another person's information
• Altering information posted by the Company
• Transmitting or posting information other than that specified by the Company, such as computer programs
• Infringing the copyright or other intellectual property rights of the Company or a third party
• Damaging the reputation of, or interfering with the business of, the Company or a third party
• Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, audio or other information contrary to public order and morals

Article 7 (Protection of personal information)

① When collecting a user's personal information, the Company collects the minimum necessary to provide the service.

② The Company does not collect information needed to perform a purchase contract in advance at the time of registration.

③ When collecting and using a user's personal information, the Company informs that user of the purpose and obtains their consent.

Article 8 (Limitation of liability)

① The Company is not responsible for providing the service where it cannot do so because of a natural disaster or comparable force majeure.

② The Company is not liable for any impairment of service use attributable to the user.

③ The Company is not liable for any expected profit a user loses through use of the service, nor for loss arising from material obtained through the service.
